### Your role and responsibilities


In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of pricing strategies for the relevant division/business unit/product group, to maximize profit and market share, while ensuring customer satisfaction with ABB. Each day, you will follow a robust pricing infrastructure and pricing policies to deliver measurable results. You will also showcase your expertise by providing support for developing effective and efficient standards and special pricing strategy in line with the global division strategy, value, competition, and cost/profit. The work model for the role is: #LI - onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation - Measurement and Analytics in India. You will be mainly accountable for: o To create and complete bids/estimations/quotations based on customer specification or customer requirements/budget. o Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications. o Identifies potential risks in the bids, quotations and estimates, and in any related contract agreements across customers/channels. Provides information and/or participates in the Risk Review process in accordance with ABB policy. o Providing support for developing pricing concepts to establish and manage international and/or cross-divisional pricings, such as in-frame agreements and key accounts/ industrial segment requirements, to ensure consistency. o Sharing knowledge and supporting its application throughout your area of accountability. o Driving increased profitability through established professional pricing infrastructure. o Analyzing the international pricing structure and the conditions to calculate profit reserves.


### Qualifications for the role

• Highly skilled in GC with shelter, CEMS, and CGA systems across all OEMs.
• You have 5 to 7 years of experience in bids and proposals for analytical products and systems.
• Possess extensive knowledge of successfully bidding on large analytical projects.
• You are passionate about teamwork and collaboration, problem-solving, and creativity and innovation.
• Engineering degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Chemical.
• You are proficient in both written and verbal communication in English.
