\xef\x82\xb7 2-3 years of experience as Sales Exec Cum bidding Executive, proposal Executive or a similar role. ...\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in managing bids for complex projects or large-scale contracts.
\xef\x82\xb7 Capable of handling end-to-end bid process, including opportunity identification, qualification and
proposal submission.
\xef\x82\xb7 Managing bidding resources and timelines to ensure on-time and high-quality proposal
submissions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identifying new business opportunities by monitoring public and private sector tender portals.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining comprehensive and accurate bid documentation, including bid files, records of
communication and pricing information.
\xef\x82\xb7 Participating in pre bid & negotiation sessions to secure favourable terms and conditions while
focusing on profitability.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct post-bid analysis and debrief sessions to identify areas of improvement and implement
lessons learned for future bids.
\xef\x82\xb7 Attention to detail and high accuracy in bid preparation and review.
\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with government procurement processes, regulations and industry-specific bid
requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess bid opportunities and develop winning
strategies.
\xef\x82\xb7 To handle correspondence independently.
\xef\x82\xb7 Take sales presentation and visit clients for pitching sales.
