About Us:

We're seeking an experienced Bidder to help us secure new projects and contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Bid Management: Identify and bid on projects through freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, People Per Hour).
• Proposal Writing: Create compelling proposals that meet client needs and highlight our strengths.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand requirements and negotiate terms.
• Documentation: Ensure all bid documents are complete and submitted on time.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in bid management, with proven success on freelancing platforms.
• Skills: Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Compensation:

• Commission-Based: Earn based on project success.
• Salary-Based: Fixed salary of ?5 LPA.
• Combination: Base salary of ?5 LPA plus commission.
