Responsibilities -
- Generate business opportunities through online portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and social media platforms.
- Identify and assess potential jobs that align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s expertise and offerings.
- Develop compelling proposals tailored to client requirements to secure new projects.
- Analyze client needs and collaborate with the team to provide customized bidding solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong online presence on various platforms to attract potential clients.
- Research and stay updated on industry trends and client needs to enhance bidding strategies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work closely with the sales and project teams to understand capabilities and project requirements.
- Keep detailed records of bids, contracts, and project specifications for future reference.
- Proactively seek new avenues and strategies to expand the company\xe2\x80\x99s presence in the online marketplace.
- Proven experience as a Bidder or similar role in the online marketplace.
- Strong understanding of client requirements and the ability to create effective proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and competition.
