Job Description
Position : Bid Manager Experience : 4-5 YearsNumber of Position : 02Qualification : Any Graduate BTECH,MTECH,BCA,MCA,BBA,MBA etcPreference : Person should be IT industry only and immediate JoinerLocation : ChandigarhPackage : 35K 40K (Depends on his current package)- Provides leadership and guidance to the bid team/key stakeholders throughout the pursuit lifecycle and is responsible for all aspects of the pursuit process. - Performs an active role in the communication and execution of the deal strategy. Has a detailed knowledge of pursuit management technique, tools and best practices.- Leads the bid process from qualification through to proposal submission, and negotiations through to contract signature.- Manages bid schedule, budget, resources and high quality deliverables, development of a coherent proposition leading to successful deal closure in accordance with the Pursuit Support Model (PSM).- Must have an excellent communication and understanding on the IT Products, Solutions and Services. - Ability to understand customer requirement, expectation and can prepare a competitive and winning proposal and defend.- Ability to Build and maintain an excellent relationships with the partners, customers and internal teams.
