DescriptionHungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart.We are seeking a skilled BI Reporting Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL development and data visualization, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining data infrastructure, creating insightful dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL tables, schemas, and data pipelines.
• Oversee access and performance of our PostgreSQL data warehouse, datasets, and queries.
• Build and maintain dynamic, user-friendly Tableau dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tableau performance or data issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Support Salesforce data integration and reporting (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Ensure high data quality and consistency across marketing reports.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in BI/reporting roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Strong understanding of database structures and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of R and/or Python is a plus, but not required.
