BI Project Manager

Builds and maintains the most complex systems in the business. Acts as the go-to resource for the most challenging tasks. Has many years of experience building applications and is able to communicate clearly complex ideas to various audiences. Bright, seasoned individual with a \xe2\x80\x9cget it done\xe2\x80\x9d mentality. Has deep understanding and passion about technology.

Responsibilities

• Work with product manager and lead developer to define, execute and track project plans.
• Work with the business community to turn business requirements into cost-effective and elegant solutions.
• Act as the person everyone turns to resolve client\xe2\x80\x99s problems.
• Help to evaluate from the technical perspective and implement integrations with Service Delivery Applications in the JLL environment. This includes 3rd party applications and development tools.
• Work with BI Delivery Lead to ensure quality, efficient and optimized delivery and processes on ground - Focus on day to day delivery and manage key delivery details such as Project Plan, Quality, Dependencies, Schedule, Risk & Issue resolution.
• Apart from delivery, will also engage in driving crucial programs and initiatives by working with different stakeholders from a Client Delivery perspective.

Experience & Education

• 10+ years of experience
• College-degree or equivalent. Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
• Technology: Has good experience with DW/BI and related technologies. Candidate should be versed in diverse technologies.
• Must have at least 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working with complex systems in a technical and project leadership capacity.
• Strong organizational skills, stakeholder management and proven ability to effectively multitask.
• Strong estimation and project management experience.
• Strong foundation in variety of development methodologies.
• Ability to coach and define practices to make entire team improve.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Solid working experience in DW/BI using different tools and in different domains.
• Preferred experience in Snowflake, Tableau or other reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders to gain consensus and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong Project management skills and proven Project management experience.
• Strong experience in Estimations, Status Reporting, Scheduling, Project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet etc.
• Certifications such as PMP and in Agile preferred.
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products and services.
• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
