NielsenIQ is looking for this profile for Business Intelligence Moonshot organization. The role entails creating standardized reporting outputs via the connect platform and development of supporting enablement materials. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate new reporting needs and proposing solutions.
• Analyze and Identify gaps in the current reports and drive convergence of outputs.
• Create enablement materials (documents, videos, yammer posts etc.) to enable internal and external stakeholders to utilize the BI Shells
• Work with metrics and data to identify continuous process improvement opportunities, carry out data-driven analysis and innovate to build process improvement scenarios.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on BPI strategies and goals and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Facilitate and own the training plan for central and in-market teams in pre-transition, transition and BAU phase; Train, coach and mentor various resources to develop experts and ensure new business processes and tools are fully handled with BAU teams
• Perform and record analyses and learnings, process tweaks for future references and decision-making; Ensure process improvement documentation (reports and plans) is always relevant, accurate, complete and in time
• Gauge potential risks or cracks in the process; come up with mitigation plan and align with the functional teams on managing (potential) crisis.

QUALIFICATIONS Enablement associates are accountable to drive business process standardization. She/He will be responsible to evaluate existing processes, analyze implemented changes, and recommend adjustments to workflows, schedules, and other processes. A thinker, collaborator, and achiever are the persona of this profile.

• 1+ years of experience of BI tool
• Ability to drive consensus across a variety of stakeholders at different levels and from different backgrounds (markets and culture)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong data analysis skills. Ability to analyze large data sets to identify anomalies
• Ability to innovate and enable business goals in harmony with the regulatory environment.
• Project and Change Management skills
• Startup mindset
• Proven record of working in multi country environment, preferably in business process outsourcing (BPO) organisation.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, and high energy
• Ability to translate technical details from different customer contexts
• Troubleshooting using Influencing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and ask for support when required
