The role will also involve exploring opportunities to automate processes using Alteryx, Python, or Azure.Responsibilities

• Understand and maintain existing R code.
• Perform initial data management analysis and profiling using R and SQL.
• Assist in regular SQL operations such as creating views, tables, and developing queries.
• Assist in designing, developing, and deploying simple BI solutions, including interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
• Learn and assist in creating data visualizations, reports, tools, and dashboards.
• Validate calculations and results with guidance from senior team members.
• Develop, execute, and monitor simple data management/analytic processes to support ad hoc data and information delivery for assigned projects.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of existing processes/procedures.
• Translate basic business questions and hypotheses into a data analysis plan under supervision.
• Provide support in developing technical design documentation.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge or coursework related to R programming.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and basic database operations.
• Exposure to Tableau, Alteryx, Python, or Azure is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good oral, written, and presentation skills; able to communicate comfortably with team members.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Data Development exposure \xe2\x80\x93 R, SQL, Python
• Basic understanding of tools like Tableau and Alteryx is a plus.
• Interest in cloud technologies \xe2\x80\x93 Azure, AWS
