Posted on: August 31, 2024ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES12+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stackMS BI Product SuitePower BIMS SQLSSISSSRS\xc2\xb7 Oversee and support the design, development and implementation of data warehousing, reporting and analytics solutions that deliver information efficiently, with the end goal to solve business challenges and achieve business objectives\xc2\xb7 Provide oversight and expertise in Data Modeling and Database Design\xc2\xb7 Architect and develop data models, ETL packages, OLAP cubes, and reports utilizing Power BI applying best practices to the development lifecycle\xc2\xb7 Documentation of source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, and database design\xc2\xb7 Identify areas of improvement to optimize data flows\xc2\xb7 Installation and Administration of Microsoft SQL Server\xc2\xb7 Lead and mentor junior resources\xc2\xb7 Support business development efforts (proposals and client presentations)\xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities to add value to the client\'s organization by effective use of information management\xc2\xb7 Build relationships with key stakeholders responsible for information and performance management in client\'s organizationEstimate effort and cost for a Microsoft Business Intelligence solutionEXPERIENCE
