Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze complex data sets to drive insights and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions.
• Create and deliver reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement data visualizations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• With 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
