Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced BFSI Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet our organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

?Source, attract, and recruit candidates for BFSI roles.

?Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.

?Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

?Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts.

?Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of recruitment experience in the BFSI (Insurance) sector.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI landscape and the specific skills required for various roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
