About our Line of Business The Microgrid business is core to Schneider Electric\xe2\x80\x99s strategy and is one of the pillars of its Sustainability, Digitization and Electrification agenda. Microgrids are key to the transformation and reshaping of the global Energy landscape to build more cost effective, sustainable and resilient energy systems supporting the global Energy transition. The Microgrid Line of Business is providing the software, the architectures and the necessary system components to allow Commercial and Industrial customers to design, build, operate and maintain their distributed energy resources in grid or off grid connected mode, enabling them to reach their energy sustainability, Net-zero and resilience objectives in a profitable manner. Role mission
Define and manage the existing offer strategy for service
Accountable for the profitable growth of the offer.
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining the product portfolio roadmap
Assist in monitoring and incorporating industry innovation
Prepare the launch strategy and create the launch tools
Write product requirements and use scenarios
Interface with the commercial teams to assist with the technical questions on the offer in facilitation of new business/projects
Optimize the cost structure associated with the service offer
Implementing method and processes for cost reduction
Working with partners and/or internal teams to create training content for service offers
Work with regional service execution teams to train and execute service offers
Qualifications
An experienced Professional who applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education, professional certifications, accreditations and work experience.
Work independently with general supervision.
May influence others within the job area through explanations of facts, policies and practices.
Ability to influence without authority in a cross-functional organizational structure
From 3 to 5 years relevant experience Product marketing & management works includes one or more of the following areas:
o Working with the creation of service offers o Conducting research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key values that drive buying behavior o Developing product/brand positioning, associated marketing themes, and media channels that align with target customer demographics o Developing and implementing marketing strategies/plans and overseeing development and distribution of marketing materials o product/brand management/P&L/Revenue Accountability o Identifying market opportunities, translating opportunities into product design, and driving branding/marketing strategies that result in a successful product/brand launch o Managing the product/brand P&L eg. budgeting expenditure, profitability, ROI, etc o Partnering with product development and marketing teams to ensure that customer needs/values are incorporated into product design, branding and marketing approaches.
