Installation, Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance of Battery Energy Storage System

Responsibilities:

• Should have sound knowledge of energy storage using BESS, including but not limited to, battery chemistry, duty cycling and performance (like Round Trip efficiency, Cycle Life, etc.), design optimization for efficiency and reliability, battery safety and battery inverter systems.
• Proven project engineering and delivery experience of energy storage projects in an engineering or consulting environment
• Preference for candidates with experience of doing system studies.
• Should have knowledge in analysing the profile of energy storage systems like Solar PV and Battery Storage, etc.
• Strong knowledge in Battery Inverter logics and its operation related to various modes of operation.
• Should possess experience in performing Root cause analysis and as a solution provider.
• Should be familiar with ESS Standards and compliances.
• BESS modelling including system sizing, load profiles, life cycle estimation, augmentation plans, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Degree in Electrical/Electrochemical/Electronics with relevant experience in Renewables & Energy storage.
• Knowledge of Electro-chemical and thermal aspects of BESS, with solution level know how on other ESS technologies.
• Working experience of Grid connected and microgrid projects
• Experience with EMS software programming, EMS historians, MS SQL servers.
• Experience with communication protocols for base-level devices: Modbus, Modbus TCP... etc.

Working knowledge of Utility Meters, Protection Relays, PCS, BMS (a plus)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
