This journey will lead to improve project outcomes, being able to leverage the digital twin, systems integration and interoperability, support for decision-making, autonomous execution, and integrated operations and performance centers.Application administrators administer Hatchxe2x80x99s computer systems and play an important role in technical software support and associated implementations. They have the responsibility to ensure applications operate in a manner that supports Hatch projects and corporate systems.They respond to tickets and serve as a contact/liaison for functional users, project systems managers and IT technical staff for technical issues. They provide application-level expertise, augmenting the skills and the expertise available via the service desk.They take direction from the AMS Lead and System Administration Technology Lead.They work with the global Technical Implementation Specialists and relevant Product Managers to understand the requirements for each system used on a specific project in resolving technical issues.As the successful candidate, you will:Provide technical support for all enterprise systems and software components in a complex mission critical environmentManage, support, and resolve complex software, vendor, and proprietary technical issuesMonitor applications, application servers, document and analyze problems, and publish maintenance schedulesIdentify and resolve medium to highly complex production problems for support of applicationsPerform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusionsIdentify proactive solutions for recurring technology occurrences to benefit the businessMaintain system documentationMaintain and provide infrastructure improvements to existing database applicationsMaintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assignedMaintain SLA, system availability, capacity management and performance KPICollaborate and interact with various stakeholders including the ICT teamWork closely with application development teams and vendors to tune and troubleshoot applicationsPlan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environmentsWilling to work after hours as part of a global teamLead and participate in efforts to develop and implement processes for application and system monitoringLead and participate in efforts to implement application updates to include upgrades, patches and new releasesUndertake integration between various systems using available API's and web servicesAdhere to standards and processes for systems in HatchResponsible for the process from Development to Production releaseKey experience:SkillsExcels at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activitiesUnderstand software and hardware requirements of varied departmental systemsUnderstand the workflow and process requirements of complex application systemsDemonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applicationsExcellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical toolsDisplay and execute logical and complex troubleshooting methodsExcellent verbal, written communication, and ability to work well with othersTeamwork: Working together to achieve organizational and team goalsDemonstrated soft skills required such as presentation of ideas and ability to clearly articulate the concepts to senior managementAbility to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levelsExperienceMinimum 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the Information Technology field3 years hands-on experience in application administration and operational systems support (day to day operations including installation, upgrade, configuration, trouble shooting, debugging, patching)Experience with at least one of the following Design Tool platforms:OpenPlantEngineering Data ManagerExperience on failover, high availability, disaster recovery, business continuanceExperience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectivenessExperience with SQL query development databasesExposure to any of the following enterprise systems: SAP, OpenText Content Server, Bentley ProjectWise, MS SharePointExposure to Azure DevOpsKnowledgeBachelorxe2x80x99s degree or equivalent combination of education, training or work experienceKey design software experience:OpenPlant ModelerOpenPlant Support EngineeringOpenPlant Isometrics ManagerOpenPlant PIDPlantSightWhy join us?Develop innovation partnershipsThink locally, work globallyEngage with people who make a differenceWhat we offer you?Flexible work environment.Long term career developmentWhy join us?
