The Senior Benefits Specialist (Health & Welfare) performs and administers one or more organizational benefits programs to our clients.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary contact for clients and plan vendors.
  • Ensure client benefit plans\' accuracy, perform quality checks of benefits-related data.
  • Assist clients and members with benefit claims issues, plan changes, enroll clients with carriers and Process life status changes
  • Respond to benefits inquires on plan provisions.
  • Process and administers leave of absence requests and disability paperwork.
  • Provide reports for allocation and billing.

Education & Experience:
  • Associates Degree or above
  • 3-5 years of group benefit experience
