Clarivate is currently seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our growing, Global Benefits team! Partnering with team members around the world, you will be responsible for supporting the operation and design of benefit programs, and consulting with internal stakeholders. About You: Experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor\'s degree 2+ years of benefits specialist experience supporting multinational operations Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) with ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and objectively in both written and spoken English. Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets Experience with invoice processing It would be great if you also had the following. Prior or current experience working for a Technology-related company Experience working for a global organization across multiple time zone Experience using Workday What will you be doing in this role Administration of employee benefit programs Data analysis and update of databases (benefit summaries, knowledge articles, etc) Supporting annual renewal processes and submitting renewal reports to consultants/vendors Annual employee enrollment exercises as well as ad hoc additions/terminations to/from benefits through the year Monthly updates of employee benefits data to Payroll team Processing benefit invoices/reimbursements/allowances, partnering with vendors and Accounts Payable team for timely execution of payment. Workday Help administration & handling of employee inquiries Global well-being program support Special Benefits projects ad hoc support About the Team The Global Benefits team functions as a center of expertise at Clarivate, supporting colleagues in more than 40 countries worldwide. Hours of Work The Global Benefits team works across multiple time zones and currently has team members in the United States, the United Kingdom and Serbia.
