Job Title: Bending Machine Operator : We are seeking for a skilled Bending Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating bending machines and will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining equipment to bend metal parts according to specifications. Responsibilities: 1. Set up and operate bending machines to bend metal parts according to blueprints, work orders or oral instructions. 2. Select appropriate tooling and adjust machine settings for each job. 3. Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced within tolerance. 4. Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met. 5. Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating and replacing worn or damaged parts. 6. Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs. 7. Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements: 1. Candidate should have the qualifications like 10th or 12th or ITI or Diploma. 2. Proven experience as a bending machine operator or similar role. 3. Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding technical drawings. 4. Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers and gauges. 5. Strong attention to detail and quality. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills. 8. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects. 9. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Vocational or technical training in machining or related field. 2. Experience with CNC bending machines. 3. Forklift certification.
