- Good operating knowledge of Trumpf Bending Machine (V 320) & Haco Bending Machine (175 Ton) & Amada Turret Punching Machine (AE 2510 NT).
- Can handle sections independently and well versed with machine operations, and margins.
- Ability to read/understand engineered product drawings.
- Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality.
- Ability to analyze adjust and performs minor repairs / daily maintenance of Trumpf Bending, Haco Bending & Amada Turret Punching Machines.
- Smooth coordination with other departments like engineering and purchase to achieve targeted production.
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 - 10 years operating experience of Trumpf Bending, Haco Bending & Amada Turret Punching Machines required.
- Knowledge of Amada Turret Punching and Bending (Haco & Trumpf) Machines programming would be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
