• Responsible for handling IT Requirements from US-based clients.
• Review and understand technical job requirements.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met and follow up with candidates.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Maintain close contact with candidates.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Prior Experience in US IT Recruitment or fresher.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
