Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: 0-1 Years
Location: Onsite
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bench sales recruiter in the US IT staffing industry.
- Should have a strong commitment to achieving the desired results.
- Ability to interact, develop Vendor network, and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.
- Strong understanding of the IT job market and bench sales process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Hands-on Experience of Job Portal searches like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, etc.
- Experienced with End-to-end cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations, and Follow-up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
