Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and maintain a strong pipeline of active talent on the bench.
Proactively market bench candidates to various clients and close positions efficiently.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and tier-1 partners.
Drive revenue by ensuring timely placements and maximizing consultant deployment.
Negotiate rates, agreements, and terms with clients and vendors.
Provide strategic insights to improve bench sales performance
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in
Bench Sales
and US IT staffing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.).
Proven track record of closing candidates and increasing revenue.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
