Responsibilities

:- Find opportunities and place bench consultants with clients.- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.- Negotiate rates and close deals.- Work closely with the recruitment and sales teams to meet goals.- Keep track of market trends and industry changes.

Requirements

:- Experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in IT staffing.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.- Familiarity with recruiting tools and job boards.
