Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of Bench Sales Recruitment for IT consultants.
• Market the bench consultants effectively to prospective clients and vendors.
• Identify and develop new vendor/client relationships to generate business opportunities.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to ensure profitability.
• Submit qualified resumes to the client/vendor based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with clients/vendors, and finalize placements.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with consultants on the bench.
• Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Bench Sales Recruitment, preferably in the US IT market.
• Strong understanding of various IT technologies and market trends.
• Proficient in handling bench consultants and marketing them to vendors and clients.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in US shifts (Night Shifts).

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Visa types (H1B, EAD, GC, OPT, etc.) and US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
• Expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to address hiring challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
