Overview: We are seeking a skilled U.S IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the needs of our clients or internal teams. The IT Recruiter will play a critical role in understanding technology roles and working closely with hiring managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified IT candidates.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Identify and engage with potential candidates through online platforms, referrals, and industry contacts.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Client Interaction:

Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.

Provide expert advice on market trends, compensation, and recruitment best practices.

Job Posting and Advertising:

Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and job boards.

Ensure job descriptions are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.

Candidate Management:

Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.

Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and communication with candidates.
