Bench Sales Recruiter
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Establish initial contact with prospective candidates and conduct preliminary interviews as required.
• Conduct resume review and assessment based upon Skills, Location, Opportunity and Availability.
• Analyze client requirements against candidate qualifications and submit candidates to be reviewed.
• Determine the work authorization
• Determine candidate compensation expectation to maximize probability

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree preferred. 8-10 years professional experience in a staffing, corporate, recruiting or professional sales environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• US shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
