Position Overview: The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the bench consultants, finding new job opportunities for them, and ensuring their successful placement with client organizations. This role involves working closely with consultants, understanding their career goals, and leveraging a strong network of clients to match them with appropriate positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultant Management: Maintain a comprehensive list of bench consultants, including their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Client Interaction: Develop and maintain relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Job Matching: Identify suitable job openings for bench consultants, matching their skills and career goals with client requirements.
• Resume Submission: Prepare and submit consultants' resumes to clients, ensuring they highlight relevant skills and experience.
• Negotiation: Act as a liaison between consultants and clients, negotiating job offers, contracts, and terms of employment.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, client requirements, and competitive landscape.
• Reporting: Track and report on placement metrics, consultant status, and client feedback.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to recruitment and placement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in bench sales recruitment
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and skill sets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in placing IT professionals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Networking: Strong network within the IT industry and ability to build relationships with clients and consultants.
