Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing and a proven track record of successfully placing bench candidates. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants, managing client relationships, and ensuring the placement of our consultants on suitable projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by connecting with potential clients and staffing agencies.
• Market bench consultants to potential clients through effective communication and negotiation.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure continuous business opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• Provide regular updates to management on bench sales activities and consultant placements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bench sales and IT staffing.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing market and visa processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
