Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher)

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic freshers to join our Bench Sales team. This role involves learning and contributing to the end-to-end Bench Sales recruitment process, including marketing IT consultants, negotiating rates, and coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities:

- Understand the IT recruitment and Bench Sales process.

- Market bench consultants to clients and vendors effectively.

- Build strong relationships with vendors and clients.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with consultants and clients.

- Negotiate rates and finalize contracts.

- Maintain activity logs and documentation in tools like MS Excel.

- Stay updated with market trends and vendor requirements.

Requirements:

- Any Bachelor's Degree (preferably in IT or Business Management).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Ability to work in US/UK shifts.

- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
