Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter ( 1yr Exp)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT recruitment and be skilled in marketing bench consultants to clients and vendors to secure contract and full-time job placements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market bench consultants to clients and vendor partners for job opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Negotiate contract terms, rates, and job placements.
• Monitor and track the performance of consultants on assignments.
• Maintain an updated database of consultants, job requirements, and client contacts.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT staffing and recruitment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT bench sales and recruitment.
• Strong understanding of various IT technologies and job market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using recruitment and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
