We are dedicated to delivering exceptional staffing solutions and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in India. Key Responsibilities:
- Bench Sales: Market available consultants to direct clients and tier-1 vendors in the US. Proactively reach out to potential clients to place IT consultants on projects.
- Client Interaction: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing suitable candidates from the bench.
- Negotiation: Negotiate rates and terms with clients and consultants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Consultant Management: Maintain a database of consultants available on the bench and their skillsets. Provide support to consultants throughout the placement process.
- Job Posting: Post job requirements on various job boards and social media platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Follow-up: Follow up with clients and consultants on the interview process, feedback, and onboarding.
- Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and promptly.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in US Bench Sales recruitment or IT staffing.
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
