Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Hyderabad Timings: 7:00PM - 4:00AM Qualifications: Graduate Experience: 6 - 8 Years Responsibilities: Should have 6 - 8 Years of experience in Bench sales (US IT Staffing). Responsible for marketing/placing our technical bench consultants. Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hot-list of the company on a periodical basis. Marketing our H1 Consultants, EAD, GC holders, and US citizens for Direct Client requirements. Understanding the consultant\'s technologies and skillsets. Comprehensive and demonstrative knowledge of all US employment Tax terms like Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, EAD, 1099 & Contract Search requirements from job sites like (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed & CareerBuilder) Uncovering \'hard-to-find\' talent, executive search, competitive intelligence, social networking, creative internet sourcing, and cold-calling Talking to the consultants regularly and ensuring that they are aware of the sales procedures followed by the company Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the consultants and assisting them in resume preparation. Dealing with consultants on H1B Transfers and negotiating the rates on C2C. Review client requirements to identify skills required for qualified candidates. Submitting the bench consultant resumes to vendors with proper information about the consultant. Checking and negotiating hourly rates with co-vendors or consultants on C2C. Format the resume for submitting the consultant to the vendor, track the information and prepare candidates for interview and coordinate with interview details. Analyze the feedback given by the vendors and the end clients after the interview calls. Keep track and follow up on every requirement from submission till closure. Responsible for managing vendor relations, and rate negotiations with Third Party vendors to ensure the best possible rate based on candidate, skills, location, and availability.
