Position: Bench Sales Recruiter Company: Xcelo Group Education Qualification: Any Bachelors or Post Graduate degree holder can apply Experience: Fresher or Associate level experienced Location: Hyderabad Shift Time: 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM IST (Night Shift-EST) Pay: Based on skill-set and experience Job Type: Full-time Note:- WFO in Hyderabad, Hitech city Must have: Excellent verbal & written communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with limited supervision & have high sense of urgency Must have broad overall knowledge of technical terminology proven ability to cultivate relationships with Vendors and Clients. Hands-on in using Job Boards like Monster, LinkedIn, Dice, and other Job Sites etc. to source the Candidates. . Having logical and analytical skills to showcase smart way of working. Plus: Understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers and terminology (Employment Status, Time Zones etc) will be a plus. Responsibilities and Duties: Posting/submitting the resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding the right match through applicable resources. Checking for the correct requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, negotiating best rates, following up for interview schedules, and closing the best deals. Marketing our Bench Consultants (H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1 and GC,) Communicating with the consultants on a daily basis and updating them about submissions and interviews. Arranging interviews with tier-one vendors or end clients. Develop & Maintain new vendor contacts, and build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn. Working directly with Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners/Direct Clients, understanding their job requirements, and finding matching profiles from the existing bench team. Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally close the candidate\'s role.
