This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter at The Growth Solutions. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, account management, and maintaining effective communication with clients and candidates.

Full-life cycle recruiting and bench sales activities
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Managing accounts effectively and ensuring client satisfaction
Collaborating with team members to meet recruitment goals
Communicating effectively with both clients and candidates
Qualifications:
Expertise in Sales Recruitment and full-life cycle recruiting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in client relationship management
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
In-depth knowledge of IT staffing and recruitment processes
