Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Market and promote available bench candidates to potential clients and employers.

Communicate effectively with candidates to understand their career goals and preferences.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

Follow up with clients to obtain feedback and ensure a smooth interview process.

Negotiate pay rates and terms with clients on behalf of candidates.

Keep candidates informed about job opportunities and interview processes.

Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions.

Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and placements.
