### Roles & Responsibilities:
• Must Have - Excellent Communication - Immediate Joiners Only.
• Bachelor's degree or Relevant Experience in BPO (Preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build.
• Relationships with candidates and clients.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
• Should have experience on various Jobs Portal like, Dice, Techfetch, Zip-Recruiter , Indeed, etc.
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies, job roles, and industry terminology.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment trends and practices.
### Desired Skills:
• 0 - 2 years of professional experience.
• Must have knowledge of IT Terminologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in sourcing top talent through multiple recruitment channels.
• Strong ability to screen candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• A cooperative, team-oriented demeanor, yet also able to work independently.
