Job Title: Bench Sales Executive

Location : Surat, Gujarat

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : ?25,000 to ?40,000 (negotiable based on experience)

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Bench Sales Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the bench sales process and finding opportunities for our consultants in the IT industry. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of the recruitment process, and the ability to maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bench Sales Operations : Identify and market consultants who are currently on the bench to clients, staffing agencies, and other vendors.
• Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain relationships with clients (IT companies, consulting firms) to understand their hiring needs and match them with the consultants available on the bench.
• Requirement Analysis : Understand job requirements from clients and match them with the skills and expertise of the bench consultants.
• Negotiation and Placement : Negotiate contract terms, salaries, and placement details with clients and candidates.
• Vendor Management : Collaborate with various vendors and recruitment agencies to increase opportunities for bench consultants.
• Consultant Management : Keep consultants updated on potential opportunities and ensure they are well-prepared for interviews and placements.
• Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of sales activity, placements, and client communications.
• Market Research : Continuously research and monitor the IT staffing market to stay updated with trends and client requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience : Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in bench sales or related recruitment roles in the IT industry.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with both clients and consultants.
• Negotiation : Skilled in negotiating rates and terms with clients and candidates.
• Knowledge : Familiarity with IT technologies, contract types (C2C, W2), and the US staffing industry is a plus.
• Teamwork : Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organization : Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.

Working Hours:

• 07 PM to 4 AM (Monday to Friday)
