Bench Sales Executive

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including submitting consultants, negotiating rates, scheduling interviews, and closing deals. The role requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written and the flexibility to work night shifts. As a Bench Sales Executive, you will gather requirements from Tier-1 vendors, job portals, and other networking techniques to identify suitable candidates. You will be responsible for marketing bench consultants and placing them primarily on a C2C basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements for consultants from Tier-1 vendors, job portals, and networking techniques.
• Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc., and other networking methods to identify potential candidates.
• Submit candidates for suitable positions and follow up with vendors regarding rates and client interviews.
• Market bench consultants via email, job portals, etc.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' basic skill sets and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and candidates.
• Work night shifts as required to accommodate client needs.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
• This is Hybrid work opportunity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+Years of experience in bench sales recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Familiarity with job portals and networking techniques.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in interviewing candidates.
• Knowledge of US staffing and recruiting processes preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
