We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter (Onsite ) to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruiting and a proven track record in bench sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of the IT job market, and the ability to build strong relationships with consultants and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Bench Sales: Manage the end-to-end bench sales process, including marketing consultants, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable consultants.
Consultant Management: Work closely with consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and career goals. Provide support and guidance to help them succeed.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and keep abreast of industry trends.
Networking: Utilize social media, job boards, and other platforms to identify potential job openings and market bench consultants.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, consultant details, and client interactions.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT bench sales.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the US IT job market, work visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.), and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
