Job Overview:

As a US Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential candidates who are on the bench or looking for new opportunities. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the IT industry, and a proven track record in bench sales recruitment. Responsibilities: o Identify and engage with potential candidates who are on the bench or looking for new opportunities. o Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. o Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific job requirements. o Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. o Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly. o Negotiate and finalize offers with candidates, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties. o Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to effectively identify and attract top talent. o Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. o Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and overall recruitment efforts. Requirements: o Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US staffing industry. o Strong knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of various technologies and skill sets. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients. o Strong negotiation and closing

Pay: From ?12,000.00 per month
