Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in bench sales/recruiting within the IT industry. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the IT job market.

Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates to client requirements on bench.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants on the bench to ensure their skills are effectively marketed.

3. Utilize various sourcing methods including but not limited to job boards, networking, social media, and referrals to identify potential candidates.

4. Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with candidates.

5. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

6. Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates and follow up with clients for feedback.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and client updates.

8. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and job orders in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in bench sales/recruiting within the IT industry.

3. Proven track record of successfully placing candidates on bench.

4. Strong understanding of IT technologies and job roles.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

8. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in HR or recruitment-related field.

2. Experience working with vendor management systems (VMS).

3. Familiarity with immigration processes and regulations related to hiring foreign nationals.

4. Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
