We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bench Sales Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in IT staffing and bench sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen interest in sales and marketing, and a willingness to learn.

Location: Vijayawada, India

Responsibilities:

• Assist the bench sales team in marketing bench consultants to potential clients.
• Maintain and update the database of consultants, clients, and vendors.
• Support the team in identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
• Help in preparing and sending marketing emails to clients and vendors.
• Learn to negotiate rates and terms with clients and consultants.
• Assist in managing and building relationships with existing and new clients.
• Provide support in preparing and presenting sales reports.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the bench sales process.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the IT industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Basic understanding of the US IT job market and visa processes is a plus.
