Job description : This job often called a Concierge and bellboy, is responsible for making a good first impression on hotel guests, moving luggage, showing guests to their rooms and acting as a concierge. The job of a hotel concierge is to ensure guests have everything they need during their hotel stay.
A bellboy, also known as a bellhop or bellman, is a hospitality professional who helps hotel guests with luggage, provides information, and offers general support. Some of their responsibilities include:
• Greeting guests: Welcoming guests and making a good first impression
• Luggage: Carrying luggage to rooms, tagging baggage, and returning identification slips to guests
• Information: Providing information about hotel services, amenities, points of interest, and entertainment
• Reservations: Making reservations as needed
• Deliveries: Delivering messages, packages, flowers, and faxes to guests' rooms and other offices
• Transportation: Arranging transportation for guests, including calling taxis
• Storage: Maintaining short-term baggage storage and assisting with long term luggage storage requests
• Cleanliness: Ensuring the lobby and entrance areas are clean and tidy
• Safety: Ensuring guests' belongings are safe and secure, and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
Experience:
• THREE: 1 year (Preferred)
(Freshers with keen interest to work in hospitality industry are welcome.)
Education : 12th pass or Graduate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
