Company DescriptionThe new-build Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur Hotel marries classic opulence with contemporary comforts. The signature Indian restaurant serves cuisine fit for royalty, while the rooftop bar offers up stunning views of the city along with exotic cocktails.With magnificent standalone events facilities, the hotel will also host some of the city\xe2\x80\x99s grandest weddings, with a ballroom, banquet room, pavilion and banquet lawn that can host thousands of guests for multi-day celebrations.Reporting to the Chief Conierge, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Be responsible for the efficient handling of guests\xe2\x80\x99 luggage, adhering to proper check-in and checkout procedures.
- Rostering, directing, and supervising the concierge attendants and doorman
- Check/maintain the cleanliness of ground floor lobbies and main entrances with all brand standards
- Policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling guests\xe2\x80\x99 luggage
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous service experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
