Key Responsibilities :
• Guest Arrival Assistance :
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with unloading luggage from vehicles and transporting it to guest rooms efficiently.
• Room Escort :
• Escort guests to their assigned rooms and provide an overview of the room's features and facilities.
• Luggage Handling :
• Safely handle and store guest luggage, ensuring timely delivery to and from rooms.
• Maintain an organized luggage storage area.
• Guest Requests :
• Respond to guest inquiries and fulfill requests, such as providing directions, arranging transportation, or assisting with shopping bags.
• Lobby Presence :
• Maintain a friendly and professional presence in the hotel lobby, offering assistance proactively to guests as needed.
• Communication :
• Coordinate with the front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams to ensure guest needs are met.
• Safety and Security :
• Ensure guest belongings are handled securely and with care.
• Report any suspicious activity or safety hazards to hotel management.
• Miscellaneous Duties :
• Assist with valet parking services (if applicable).
• Deliver packages, newspapers, and messages to guest rooms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month

Experience:
• Bellhop: 1 year (Preferred)
