Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bell Boy cum Pool Boy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of the front office and pool areas, and maintaining the high standards of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Responsibilities
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure
• Handle guest luggage, including loading and unloading from vehicles
• Assist guests with room assignments and keys
• Provide information and answer guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Pool Responsibilities
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool area
• Ensure the pool is safe and secure for guests
• Provide towels and other amenities to guests
• Perform basic life-saving techniques in emergency situations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
