Behavioural Therapist
Job Description
- Provide direct therapy to children with autism and related developmental disorders using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs. - Conduct assessments to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and any changes in treatment plans. - Participate in training sessions and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA and child development. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in psychology
