Provide individual, group, or family therapy to address emotional or psychological concerns.
Use therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or humanistic approaches.
Support clients in coping with life changes, trauma, and stress.
Help clients develop coping strategies for mental health issues, stress, and behavioral challenges.
Track progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers (e.g., psychiatrists, social workers) to provide holistic care.
Conduct research to understand human behavior, mental health conditions, and treatment effectiveness.
Stay updated on current psychological research, treatments, and methodologies.
Analyze data from psychological tests and treatment outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and evaluations.
Provide written reports, particularly for court or academic purposes (in cases of forensic psychology).
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with ethical guidelines and regulations.
Educate clients on mental health, self-care, and coping mechanisms.
Provide workshops, seminars, or outreach programs to promote mental well-being.
Work closely with other professionals (e.g., doctors, teachers, or legal personnel) to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
Participate in team meetings or case discussions to improve care strategies.
