Job Summary:

The Child Behavior Therapist works with children to assess and treat behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges. They use evidence-based techniques to improve behavior, emotional regulation, and social skills, while collaborating with families and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess children's behavior and emotional needs, creating personalized treatment plans. Provide therapy (individual/group) using methods like CBT, play therapy, and behavior modification. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and professionals to support the child's progress. Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress. Educate families on managing behaviors and providing support at home.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Licensed or certified in child therapy or behavioral analysis. Strong knowledge of child development and behavior management. Experience with children's behavioral challenges (e.g., ADHD, autism).

Preferred:

ABA certification or similar. Previous experience in clinical or school settings.

Working Conditions:

Full-time or part-time; flexible hours.

Pay: From ?17,000.00 per month
