We seek a dynamic and creative influencer marketing specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through strategic influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media and influencer marketing trends and the ability to identify and cultivate relationships with influential individuals. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring impactful influencer marketing campaigns that align with our brand goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and shortlist relevant influencers who align with our target audience, brand values, and campaign objectives.
- Develop and implement creative influencer marketing concepts and strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with influencers to create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Manage and coordinate influencer partnerships throughout the campaign lifecycle, from influencer onboarding to content creation and campaign reporting.
- Establish strong relationships with influencer agencies to secure collaborations and negotiate favourable terms.
- Develop and implement effective campaign measurement strategies to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the success of influencer marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign data and generate comprehensive reports that provide insights into campaign performance, influencer engagement, and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, platforms (YouTube and Instagram), and tools to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluency in Kannada or Tamil
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good to have skills:
- Experience with social media analytics tools
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms
- Understanding of marketing funnels and ROI measurement
- Experience with content creation and editing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Office suite
